Government of Canada

Description

The Canadian Government, through the Special Economic Measures Act — SEMA — and the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act — JVCFOA —, manages and publishes a Consolidated Canadian Autonomous Sanctions List.

This List includes those measures imposed by the Government of Canada on specific countries and jurisdictions, as well as organisations and individuals. Among its countermeasures, you can find asset freezing, arms embargoes, import and export prohibitions, as well as various financial prohibitions.
